The Dogfather

John Shepherd aka ‘The Dogfather’ and Dad to Jess, Max and Rosie passed away peacefully around 8am on Sunday March 27th 2022. A time when he would usually be sitting on the bench or wall in the park with Rosie and his morning coffee saying howdy to everyone and their dog that walked past or stopped to chat and play. His passions in life were his family, friends and dogs but most importantly for Dad wherever he lived he loved to be part of and support his community. The ‘Dogs of Double Bay’ community gave him so much joy and we are so grateful to him for bringing us all together.
